This Brazilian coffee, grown in the volcanic loam soils of Parana and São Paulo at altitudes of 750–1050 meters, offers a smooth medium roast with elegant cocoa notes. Cultivated on the Fazenda Santa Barbara, São Francisco, and Santo Antonio farms, the Catuai and Mundo Novo beans undergo a pulped natural process and are sun-dried to enhance their natural sweetness and balance.
